SOME VERY YUMMY RECIPES

CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE PIE

2 (3oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14oz)can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips (or regular)
1 tsp flour
1 Chocolate or Graham pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Toss chips with flour, add to mixture. Pour into pie crust.

Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when touched. Cool and top with Chocolate Glaze (recipe blow). Serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.

*Chocolate Glaze
Melt 1/2 cup mini or reg chocolate chips with 1/4 cup whipping cream; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Immediately spread over pie.




Peanut Butter Balls

1 box Conf sugar (4 cups)
12 oz jar peanut butter (1 1/2 cups)
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
Mix together with mixer
Roll into balls.

2 cups chocolate chips
2 TBL shortening
Microwave 2 minutes 50% power; stir until melted
Roll balls into chocolate
Makes 5-6 dozen depending on size of ball

For a shine on your peanut butter ball
8oz chocolate chips
1/3 paraffin wax
Melt and dip balls.

Trust me everyone will LOVE these! Enjoy!!!
