FIRST BIRTHDAY

Today is Smiley's first birthday! Actually this time last year I was lying on the couch and labor started. I should say the back PAIN started! That is another whole posting. I learned many lessons from that labor!!!

On Saturday we celebrated his birthday with family. He enjoyed the cake! His brothers and sister enjoyed his gifts!!! Garrett, Uncle Derek and Aunt Sarah played a trio on the piano. I had a really cute picture of Garrett standing with his arms stretched up to the piano looking at his Daddy when HooDoo stepped in my frame as soon as I clicked the picture. Taking pictures with moving children is a hard task. I need a lot of practice in that area!

Happy Birthday Smiley! You truly do brighten our life with your smiles! We love you!

Audrey-- yeah I know, I thought that was cool. What was your due date for Elijah? Smiley was due March 31st -- mine are always late!

Oh, look at those eyes! Happy Birthday, little guy!

Elijah was my one child whom I never saw a midwife with so we never had a date ;-) I had a conception date though LOL, so by that he was due on the 5th of April.

Great pics--I wish I could have been there to see all of you guys!
We can't wait until our baby comes along. Well, late June or early July, I can't jump the gun:)
God bless, Laurance and Kimberly

Great to see my loving son enjoy putting together his grandson's birthday present. He was always the "put together guy" on Christmas morn as well as anytime his brothers needed help. Now he is helping his parents "put together" . Treasure him as he is a wonderful person and we love him dearly.
